Delete your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time, whether or not you ever entered a name and phone number.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (instant)

  1. Open the InstaCaptain app on your phone.
  2. Tap the “My Profile” tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Tap “Yes, Delete” to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion on this page

  1. Enter the phone number (or email) registered to your account in the form below.
  2. Optional: enter your account password. If it is correct, your request is verified instantly and the account is deleted within 24 hours.
  3. Without a password, our team verifies that you own the number by contacting you on it (WhatsApp or call) before deleting.
  4. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of verification.

Account deletion request

Only if your account uses an email instead of a phone number.
Verifies the request instantly. Leave empty if you never set one.

Data that is deleted

  • Profile: name, phone number, city, nationality, vehicle type, experience and availability (your rider profile/CV).
  • Job applications and interests you sent, saved jobs and liked jobs.
  • Notifications, push notification token and the device identifier we created for your phone.
  • Employment history you added, referral code and referral links.
  • Captain Rush game profile, scores, coins, updates and reactions.
  • Currency alerts and all login sessions.

Data that is kept, and why

  • Anonymous usage statistics (for example how many times a job ad was viewed or a poll was answered). The link to you is removed, so they can no longer identify you.
  • A minimal record that your deletion request was handled: the date, the status and the last 3 digits of the phone number only. It is kept as proof that we honoured your request.
  • We do not hold payment or financial records, because the app does not take payments.
  • If you already contacted an employer (for example through WhatsApp), the details you shared with them are held by that employer, not by us.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests from this page are completed within 30 days of verification (within 24 hours when verified with your password). Deleted data cannot be recovered.
