Data Deletion Request

At InstaCaptain, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your data from our platform.

Data We Collect

  • Full name and phone number
  • City and vehicle type
  • FCM token for push notifications
  • A device identifier we generate on first launch
  • History of interactions with job ads

How to Request Deletion

From inside the app. Open Profile → Delete Account. This works whether or not you ever gave us a name and a phone number, and is the only route available if you never did, since there is nothing else by which we could identify you.

By email. Write to us at:

Include the phone number registered to your account so we can verify your identity. If you never added a phone number, please delete the profile from inside the app instead.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account and all personal information
  • Your job interaction history
  • Your push notification token

Some anonymised, non-identifiable data may be retained for statistical purposes only.

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 business days of receipt and send you a confirmation email once complete.
